Field contractor who onboards new KlenStay short-stay listings and verifies properties across Ghana — visiting homes to capture quality photos, confirm the details, and complete the inspection that earns each property its “Verified” badge.

KlenStay is Ghana's trusted short-stay marketplace, and our “Verified Listing / Verified Host” promise is only as good as the people in the field who stand behind it. As a Listing & Inspection Agent you are that person — you onboard new properties and you verify them, turning a host's submission into a listing guests can book with confidence. This is an independent-contractor role for people who are reliable, detail-obsessed, and honest. You set your own schedule and work your local area, visiting properties to photograph them, confirm every detail, and complete the inspection that backs the Verified badge. Because the same agent both lists and verifies a property, your integrity is the product — we are trusting you to report exactly what you see. You will work through KlenStay's own tools (photo upload, the inspection checklist, the Ghana Post GPS digital-address capture) and coordinate with the Inspections team.

- Visit prospective and new listings and photograph each property to KlenStay's quality standard - Capture and confirm listing details — rooms, amenities, Ghana Post (GPS) digital address, and exact location - Complete the verification inspection checklist (accuracy, condition, safety) that backs the Verified Listing / Verified Host promise - Onboard hosts: guide owners through setup and what is expected of a KlenStay property - Flag any discrepancy between a listing and reality — the badge depends on honest reporting - Submit photos and inspection reports through KlenStay's tools, on time

- Based in Ghana and able to travel within your city/region for property visits - A smartphone with a good camera and reliable transport - Strong attention to detail and honesty — you are the guarantor of the Verified standard - Good communication in English and at least one local language - Comfortable using mobile apps for photos, checklists, and reporting - Available on a flexible, per-assignment basis

- Experience in real estate, hospitality, photography, or field/survey work - Familiarity with the short-stay or rental market in your area - Your own vehicle or motorbike

- Independent contractor engagement — paid per listing onboarded and per inspection completed (rate discussed at interview) - Flexible schedule; work your own local area across Ghana - Help build Ghana's most trusted short-stay marketplace from the ground up
