Inspector — PRN (Dambai)

Field inspector for KlensecRent in Dambai and the Oti Region — physically vet prospective listings for safety and quality, and bring new property owners onto the platform. PRN, paid per inspection and per owner signed.

KlensecRent is Ghana's short-stay apartment finder — connecting travellers with verified, owner-listed properties they can trust. Behind every listing on our platform is an inspector who has physically visited the property, verified that it is safe and accurately listed, and recommended it to management for approval before it ever appears to a guest. Our inspectors are also our brand ambassadors. They go out into the community, knock on doors, build relationships with property owners, and bring new properties onto the platform. This is a PRN (as-needed) Inspector role. You will be assigned inspections and owner outreach in your region by the Senior Inspector. You will be paid per inspection completed and per qualified owner you sign on. Hours are flexible — perfect for someone who wants meaningful field work without a fixed schedule. You will report to the Senior Inspector. The Senior Inspector reports to the Director of Operations.

• Physically inspect prospective short-stay properties for safety (electrical, gas, fire exits, locks, structural condition, water, sanitation) and listing quality (cleanliness, furniture, amenities, photos vs. reality). • Produce a clear written inspection report with photos for every property, recommending whether management should approve it for listing. • Act as a brand ambassador for KlensecRent — reach out to property owners in your region, pitch our platform, and bring qualified listings into the pipeline. • Use the KlensecRent internal portal on a smartphone or tablet to log inspections, attach evidence, and track properties through the approval workflow. • Respond to inspection assignments from the Senior Inspector within agreed turnaround times. • Escalate safety hazards or unethical owner requests to the Senior Inspector immediately. • Keep your assigned region's owner conversations and pipeline up to date.

• Resident in or near the assigned regional capital, with strong knowledge of the surrounding neighbourhoods. • Able to identify common safety hazards in residential property: electrical, gas, fire, structural, water, sanitation. • Confident in front of property owners — comfortable knocking on doors, pitching, negotiating. • Clear written reporting in English; able to produce inspection notes that stand on their own. • Smartphone with reliable data; comfortable using mobile apps for work. • Valid Ghanaian ID and willingness to travel daily within the assigned region. • Honest, dependable, professional — you represent KlensecRent in the field. • Senior High School certificate minimum.

• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, building inspection, or door-to-door sales. • Existing network among property owners or estate agents in the region. • Photography skills sufficient to produce listing-quality images. • Familiarity with short-stay platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle or motorcycle.

• Per-inspection and per-owner-signed compensation, paid bi-weekly (26 pay cycles per year). • SSNIT and statutory PAYE handled in-house through Klensec's payroll system. • Flexible schedule — accept assignments that fit your availability. • Performance-based path into a permanent inspector role and eventual promotion to Senior Inspector. • Direct training and coaching from the Senior Inspector. • You'll be the face of KlensecRent in your region — meaningful work with real impact on Ghana's short-stay market.
